1. About us

drhunnykalra.com is operated by RMCS Academy of Behavioral Sciences, a sole proprietorship that trades under the brand Dr. Hunny Kalra ("we", "us"). This service is Dr. Hunny Kalra's independent professional practice (RMCS Academy of Behavioral Sciences) and is not offered by or on behalf of Jain (Deemed-to-be University). By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract. A person under 18 may receive services only with the verifiable consent and involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf. A person booking for an organisation confirms that they are authorised to do so.

3. Services

We offer online coaching and consulting in four divisions:

Research & Academic Mentorship
Corporate Wellness & Workplace Psychology
Sports & Performance Psychology
Stress & Life Optimisation

Standard sessions run for 45–50 minutes and take place online via Google Meet. The scope of a package or engagement will be confirmed in writing (email is enough).

4. Coaching, not therapy

Our services are educational, coaching and consulting services. They are not psychotherapy, counselling for mental disorders, clinical psychology, medical care, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace these. No outcome is guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. If you have, or suspect you have, a mental-health condition, please consult a licensed professional.

5. Booking and payment

Book through the booking page on the website, or by emailing connect@drhunnykalra.com.
Pay by UPI after choosing your slot, and send the payment screenshot to us on WhatsApp. A booking is final only once we receive and confirm your payment.
Single sessions must be paid in full in advance.
Packages can be paid in full in advance, or 50% at booking and 50% before your 3rd session.
Prices are shown on the website or quoted in writing, and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings.

Introductory offer

Any introductory or promotional price (for example, the 50% introductory offer) applies only to the services, dates and new clients stated in the offer. It is valid for the period announced on the website or in writing, can be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice for future bookings, cannot be combined with other offers, and has no cash value. A booking confirmed and paid at the offer price keeps that price. Refunds on an offer-priced booking are calculated on the amount you actually paid, under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Your conduct

You agree to give accurate information, to arrive on time, to treat us respectfully, and not to record sessions without written consent from both sides. You also agree not to misuse the website, for example by uploading malicious code, scraping it or trying to gain unauthorised access. We may end services if there is abusive, unlawful or unsafe conduct. Refunds in that case are handled under the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All website content and all session materials (worksheets, frameworks, slides, recordings) belong to Dr. Hunny Kalra or to his licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own development. You may not copy, resell or publish them without written permission. For research mentorship, your own research, data and writing remain yours. We do not ghost-write academic work, and you are responsible for academic integrity.

8. Confidentiality and its limits

We keep what you share in sessions confidential. We may disclose information without your consent only:

where there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or to others;
where the law, a court or an authority requires it;
where a child's safety is concerned; or
to defend legal claims.

For corporate engagements, we share with your employer only aggregated or anonymised information, unless you consent otherwise in writing. Online platforms carry some inherent privacy risk.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide services with reasonable skill and care, on an "as is" basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions you make. Our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs that arise from your breach of these Terms, from your misuse of the services or materials, or from your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Third-party services

Payments, video calls and email are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages or failures.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights, the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Bookings already confirmed stay under the Terms in force on the date of booking.
