“During one of the most challenging phases of my PhD journey, I had the privilege of receiving guidance from Dr. Hunny Kalra, whose support proved to be truly transformative.
Coming from a non-psychology background, I was initially unaware of how crucial self-awareness and emotional insight are during demanding academic journeys. Through his thoughtful guidance, I learned to prioritize myself, understand and observe my reactions to situations, and navigate complex interpersonal interactions with greater clarity.
This process not only supported my personal wellbeing but also had a profound impact on my professional growth, decision-making, and resilience. His ability to translate psychological principles into practical, everyday insights makes his work exceptionally impactful.
I am deeply grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking meaningful personal and professional development.”
